In an age where most businesses chase profit, this humble pharmacy stands alone as a beacon of sacrifice, courage, and international financial diplomacy.

While lesser establishments refused to deal with the chaos and paperwork of Western Union transfers, these brave souls stepped forward and said: “No. We will help strangers receive mysterious overseas money transfers, no matter the inconvenience.”

And inconvenience there is.

Forms. IDs. Printers making sounds no printer should make. Yet this pharmacy carries the burden for the entire town like financial first responders.

Honestly, they deserve a heritage plaque.

I came in expecting to pick up a transfer. I left feeling like I had just been assisted by a covert humanitarian aid organization operating out of aisle 4 beside the cough drops.

If Western Union had knights, this pharmacy would be knighted.
